My professional journey at CSS has been enriching. I started in the role of Business Technology Officer, where I collaborated with various teams, such as hotline support, project delivery, and development. This exposure has provided me with valuable insights into their operations and the value they bring to our customers.
What skills have you picked up and what skills have you improved?
Over the past six months, I have honed my understanding of our product, Pro-Cloud, and gained in-depth knowledge of the unique requirements of clients in sectors like ambulance services. Additionally, I have leveraged UX design principles to develop solutions, enhancing my skills in user experience design and client-specific problem-solving.
