Today we thought we’d put a spotlight on an extremely valuable member of our team. Meet Melanie James-Samuels, our Business Support Manager.

Business Support Manager at CSS!
Melanie supports all departments across the company with both internal and external tasks. Her main responsibility is assisting the Business Development Department to make sure our clients always receive sales quotations on time, every time, and any updates about their hardware requirements.
On top of all this, she ensures everybody and everything in the office is as organised as possible so we are always delivering to the highest standards of customer service and software delivery. With all these responsibilities, Melanie is always busy making sure everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Melanie joined us in May 2022 and has been a crucial and valued member of the CSS team from day one.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, walking her dog, and catching up with friends.
